This quick-connector snaps onto any brand male fitting.  To disengage the connector just slide the green sleeve back.  It includes an automatic, internal cut-off valve that stops the flow of water when the connector is disengaged from the male fitting.  This quick-connector cannot be used with the Y-connector unless the white cut-off valve is removed.
